Any place to get nice and healthy Betta?

Just torn down my tank after a accident where my Oto died in the 2213 resulting the death of the last surviving goldfish.

So had set my mind and getting a Betta to make a community tank.
Likely dianos/cardinal, 2 oto, some yamato.
(gravel , with plants that are on wood)

Any place in particular i could start to look for one?

There're plenty of places which sell nice and healthy betta. Depending on your budget however, prices may vary. C328 and Polyart which I visit frequently, have stocks all the time. In fact, most shops around Singapore have nice betta, so it isn't that difficult to find good ones.
