have one to report here as he is selling sick fishes which he claimed is alright. have given him a week since last sunday as he said that he was going genting but apparently his phone is not on. what should i do mod? the purchase was from this forum.

I'm sorry that you had a bad experience, however it is not possible for AQ to make any assurances about the products or services offered by other members through the AQ Marketplace.

AQ provides the Marketplace for the convenience of members. As stated at the top of the Marketplace forum and thread pages, all transactions made are at member's own risk. Buyer should check that the products are in satisfactory condition or services are delivered as promised before making final payment.

Please use the iTrader system to input a rating and feedback on the seller. In your feedback, please state the facts of the transaction. E.g. That you picked up the fishes, whether you checked their condition, what condition they were in, what was said between the 2 of you, etc. It is important that you provide the iTrader feedback and rating as this will help other buyers to decide whether they wish to trade with the seller in the future. Similarly, other iTrader actions by other members will help you decide in the future.

but i'll give the seller 1 more weeks time just in case he is really not back from overseas since its fair to say that nobody really goes to genting for more than 2 weeks. ^6^ will update via iTrader soon when seller contacts me again.

Before he returns, I'd suggest you take pictures of the sick fish just in case. What were they suffering from by the way?

fin/skin rot and swim bladder problem. apparently seller can online for a few times in here and doesnt bother to give an explanation in whatsapp or sms. blk115 if you can see this kindly do REPLY to your whatsapp or sms thanks!

actually dont bother. i'll take it as a mistake to trust you even though your fish water reeks and your repeated assurance of fish not having swim bladder problem..
