where to find rams ?

not those balloon german rams / balloon electric blue rams.
went to see quite alot of lfs , they only sells "balloon" rams.

where have those original ones ( long body ) gone to ?

any idea which lfs sells galaxy rasbora too ?

Saw a tank of German Rams in Tropical Int'l Fish Farm in Pasir Ris last week.

Those at Hong Yang are quite nice to look at. However sometimes the female can be quite small. I saw some normal Rams at C328, mixed in with other Ram types. Too many Balloon out there.

I suspect that those usual rams you find in normal LFS are mixed already - not pure. There was only one rather large female at Hong Yang last week. The males were super big.

thats what i thought too . will go hongyang and have a look when free

Aquaone at paris ris have quite alot of pairs available. pricing at 50 per pair (Ouch!)

How about denison barb ( red line torpedo shark ) ?
Hard to see it in lfs too

Note, some of these Rams that look normal may have Balloon genes, so if you spawn these, especially the Electric Blue, you might get some Balloon fry among them.

Hong Yang's Rams are like the typical German Ram. Something like this:

They are large adult males however but finding suitable female can be a little difficult. Often I find that C328 almost always has the females, but not so much the males.
