PL tube problem

where to find cheap PL tube replacements for my 2 x 11watts PL light. Can i use 2 x 13 watts instead. experts pls advise.

You have to check what is the rating of the ballast supporting your 2x11W lights. If can support 2x13W, then you can get the 13W lights.

Also, your 11W PL is most lightly have built-in starter. If your new 13W PL don't have, you may need to get starters as well. Unless your ballast is the electronic type.
