java fern need help

My java fern are not growing well the plants are very small if possible will try to attach a picture later of the ferns.anyway below is some of thwe parameter

That info tells us nothing. You need to tell us what you are doing to make it grow... for e.g. amount of light, fertilisers used, etc.
