Thanks David. I can't hang it due to false ceiling in my living room.
I had collected the light stand on sat. You are right... It does look a little different from the one in GC due to the ceiling height but still acceptable to me la.

Wow, nice setup bro. The frame is mounting onto the cabinet one right? How much you got it for? The hanging cables come together? I'm not able to use those as my set is under beamsworks so need to get those like a C shaped clamp.

Initally i thought for hanger, though in the end I hung my ati dimable on ceiling, 11 inches above surface for better spread.

That is a very nice light stand, muakmuak! Can I know how much does it cost, it looks similar to the one seaview is selling where it indicates 'eastocean'. What light are you using currently? Any other way to secure it to cabinet/stand?

Agreed...looks like the ones selling at East Ocean. Nice! This is not the ones GC is using. Do you have to secure it to the back of the cabinet?

Hi all, managed to find the light hanger which is call Kudeng selling at eastocean. I believe this is also the one that is sold at seaview. The link is here: http://www.aquaticquotient.com/forum...ghlight=Kudeng
Guys, there are 2 ways to secure it. Either drill it to the cabinet or drill it to the ceiling. Tha package provides wall plucks if drilling to the ceiling. Yes it comes with the hanging cables. I will pm bros who enquiries for the price.

@David, sorry for misleading all. The picture posted is not my tank but the merchant's tank. I am still setting up mine. Wanted to do a rock scape (similar to the old 1st tank in GC nearest to cashier) but realized the rocks are so so expensive. Now still trying to get some inspiration from fellow bros here. Have yet to flood my tank so really got nothing to show for now. Paisay...
Lol....but I am still waiting to see your step by step setup...![]()
