Should be green. The red variant has red leaves with liver colored spots
I recently got a purchase from C328. The container write Zenkeri var leopard. I google and find that Red tiger lotus is Nymphaea zenkeri. But there's also a variety that's green. I am wanting a red tiger lotus. But the leaves so far are green and with red spots on it. Largest leaf are around an inch only.
My question is will the red tiger start with green leaves when young and eventually grow to pink/red leaves when mature? Or once its out of the bulb it always been red?
I will try to take a photo of it when I am back home.
