When is Altum Angelfish season?

Anyone there have any idea on when is the altum angelfish season? also, the right place to purchase the fish. Thanks in advance for any advise.

I believe the season just started if I remember correctly. not in the market to buy fishes for a while. Also, the right place to buy is always "buy the seller" first.

Seller's reputation in the marketplace is more important than the goods. This is often referring to brick and mortar shops that provide stability and etc. Online seller may be good but... remember "buy the seller" first.

thanks for the great advise, I am thinking to pay a visit to Seaview for Altum, heard that they are doing a great deworm process, what do you think? or you have any idea seller in mind, looking forward for your advise.

Seaview has stock already? I only heard now Stones aquarium has the stock, but slightly on the higher price to me.

@chinhl....okay understood...may not be enough for you. I reserved 9 Altums averaging 6in to 7in in height and going to pick up this weekend....On second thought....9 maybe too many for my tank sizing....which I think 5 to 6 should be enough.

Seaview has stock too when I was there yesterday. Sellin in bags of 5pcs. Left one bag as of yesterday.

the season has just started and ALL will be small, at the most is 2cm in body diameter or less. In my opinion, it takes 90 odd days to stablise and QT any altum and during this period, fatality is high. A responsible breeder or groomer will take the trouble to go through the process of stabilising and QTing the altums before selling.
