You can place orders with your frequently visited LFS. They dont usualy bring them in as most people go for the 500ml or smaller.
I know of friends who place their order from Y618 and NA.

Didn't really notice the 4L ones, but after 15% discount, the price is much better than those listed there I guess..

Just an indication what is the price of 2L Excel in Singapore Dollar?....I found it in Malaysia for RM200 bucks and that works out to be roughly Sing 78 bucks?....
