    Just getting around to adding some T5 HO into the canopy. Not completely done yet, but this pic gives an idea of what's to come.

    Hey Eric, is that light setup for a planted or a marine tank? Definitely need some shades to look at it.

    Freshwater planted tank. 24" deep one to be exact and it'll be interesting to see how well the T5s penetrate for the foreground plants.

    Also, the lights will be staggered with the T5s on for the entire day and the MH will come on for 4 hours during the middle of the day.

    Here they are set up.

    The tank only gets the full spread for 4 hours daily but when it does, the plants pearl like mad.
