Not here that i know of... in hongkong it cost 35 to 55 sgd depend on the length.
why go for metal ? i think when it here in SG it will cost a lot more...

Any idea if such type of co2 diffuser (http://www.practicalfishkeeping.co.u...aign=Item_5678) is available in Singapore? I asked at Green Chapter, they gave me a "Is there such a thing" look, probably because they don't carry it.

I'm using the BW stainless steel in and out flow thus thought of using a metal diffuser to complete the look and feel instead of a glass one, alternatively is a reactor but unsure which one can give almost "bubble-less". Do they sell it online in Hong Kong?
aquatic style carries it, they were selling it during Aquarama.

Maybe can give Leslie a call, It should be around the price that zerofighter mentioned if I remember correctly.
Looks nice....any down side in having stainless steel soaked in water especially if the water is acidic? Just for discussion sake.....

Should not have any effect if the water is mildly acidic. But that depends on the grade of stainless steel they use as well. I understand that not many are using 316 to manufacture these items, but 304 or similar grade. Partly due to costs reasons I suppose?
Okay....I still a little jittery using stainless steel stuff especially if its soaked in the water 24/7.....the fact that its attached to a diffuser worries me a little more as the acidity tends to be slightly higher due to the proximity of CO2 being diffused. Looking at stainless steel water piping, I see a lot of white oxidation...
Its just a point of concern because currently I have the stainless steel piping into my tank to a diffuser...on hind side..perhaps the glass version is safer? Than again I am not the most careful of person and I am sure I am going to break it sometime in the future.

Now that you brought it up, yes CO2 would be quite acidic. Maybe not a good option after all.
TS if you happen buy and use it, please do update us and give us a review of it?

After reading, perhaps I will get it more thoughts.
I give you guys an update on the stainless steel piping part .....Its currently soaking in the water for a month now...give it another month and I see whether the acidity will erode any part of it....It will be simple to tell as I have a good portion of it out of the tank and if there is any eroding, it will live a distinctive mark where the waterline is.

I believe PFK has done a review on it. But the question is something that can only be seen and experienced with long term usage.. Maybe someone in our forums has been using it?
I may be wrong but stainless steel tends to darken at areas were they are exposed to acidic liquids? unless there is a protective coating around the stainless steel it reacts quite fast?
