Bro.... yes... the solenoid tends to get abit hot when on after a few hours.... it's normal... as long as the casing housing the solenoid doesn't bulge or expand, it's okay....

how hot is hot? this is subjective.
with a good solenoid, you are able to place your hand on the solenoid. the heat generated should not 'burn' your hand.

I think my solenoid generate heat will burnt hand when turn On abt 1-2 hours.
Is that normal ??

My old one last time is hot until burn hand, later it gave several loud popping sounds and erupted a plastic volcano on its casing.
Oh, the rare old Whale, mid storm and gale. In his ocean home will be. A giant in might, where might is right. And King of the boundless sea.

Wow...that means my new solenoid bought from NA goan die again?
Today i call up NA asking them this question, the lady told me its normal for solenoid to generate such a burning heat.
Hi Ang,
I'm sorry for all your inconvenience as I'm the one who sell it to you.
Do return me the set and I'll return you the money + the new solenoid cost that you bought from NA.
Sorry for the trouble you encountered.![]()

Hi Happy,
Its Ok , i am still using it now.
you sell me the set in good condition but its my own problems that do not know how to use it.
No problems ,dont feel sad.
I fact i am very happy that you still gve me good advise after selling me the CO2 set. I gain some experience and get to know a nice guy like you.
Thank you very much.

Just to share, my solenoid do gives out HOT burning temps but still works It even gets hot just after 10 minutes of operation. I wouldn't worry too much if I were you. In worst case it will just burnout and seize to function.
