I've thought of.keeping crs too but the water parameter requirements scare me.so decided to Stick to my sakuras which are very hardy.

If you intend to keep CRS then use a fan during the weekends . Just remember to change water on Monday, dont
just top up water due to evaporation , change 5% of water ..... if not your TDS will be very high if you just top up all the time.
Just came back from C328.....Made 2 Major mistakes.....and ended up with ONE HUGE HORROR!!!!!
Mistake 1....the endlers sold there (individual) ran out of females....so asked the uncle and he gave me a bag of 5 males and 5 females....
Mistake 2.....Bought 5 sakuras and 5 fire yellows....after a few minutes of introducing the shrimps.....observed many shrimplets swimming around..........then came the horror......

The endlers started to chase the shrimplets and are having a feast of fresh live shrimplets!!!!!
Alamak....my stupidity level just went of the charts!!!

I really love endlers and had them many years ago.... But I think 10 in a nano tank is too much . Btw the qualitysseems to be really low.
Anyway just a start up for now..... Still in the monitoring stage.
I am willing to give out my endlers to whoever is interested. I think I jus . Keep 3 will do.
Also, don't keep tiger barbs with endlers

It happens, if you ask me, just stick with the Endlers for now. Less stressful compared to shrimps and not as fussy with regards to water issues.

Yup, well ultimately, the choice is between fish or shrimp. In any case, the Endlers are population control for the shrimp..

Question.... Some of the shrimps started to moult.... Is this a good or bad sign?

my shrimps are also moulting. I guess they are growing bigger. Mine is yamato shrimps. so endlers wont be able to eat them :P
