how much of K2SO4 should i aim for?

For a start, aim for about 10ppm K per week after water change.

but that means i have to test for K+ everyday right? I'm now adding 1 drop of trace and ABOUT 3-5 PPM of K2SO4, alternating them everyday.

There is no K+ kit available in LFS. However, you may want to contact the distributor of Hach in Bt Merah. They may have one to sell. Anyway, there is no need to measure it. A weekly single dose of 10~20ppm ought to prevent K deficiency.
