Internal filter current too strong

Hi guys, need some professional help around here. my nano tank internal filter produce too much current. is there anyway i can fix it to reduce the current?

mine is LUMIQ 2, undergravel filter system.

mine is undergravel filter system. only 1 output. is there any other method?
