Hi,
sorry to burst your bubble but to be honest I think the chance is close to zero. This kind of amphidromous life cycle of nerites was developed over years of evolution, I don't think it is possible to change all that within one generation. the saltwater and freshwater environment is vastly different, in terms of salinity, pH, amount and types of minerals as well as the algae available for the baby nerites to feed on, a baby nerite is unlikely to survive such drastic changes in environment.
The only likely scenario I think it could possibly happen in your tank is that maybe by chance your nerite could be a different species that has a different kind of life cycle??
