I see that you have many low tech plants. Try placing your bolbitis near to the rainbar where water is moving fast. I believe in their natural habitat, that is where they thrive with constant moving water. I did that to my bobiltis and they they send out their roots and shoots while "swaying" with the water. Another thing to note, moderate the lighting by placing them slightly away from the lights in your tank. Direct lights form algae on their leaves very fast and look ugly. My 2cts worth of thought growing Bolbitis in my tank.
