Help! White spot on my Ram!

4 days ago, I bought 2 ram and found it got many white spot after I put them in my planted tank. I took the 2 infected fish out 2days later to a different tank to quarantine it. Today I found my other rams infected whit the white spot too. After going thru the forum for some answer for treatment using aquarium salt and maintaining higher temperature to treat the whole planted tank, I just have one question. Do I continue to fertilize the plant after each change of water every 2 to 3 days? Hope the experience bros could help me. Thanks a lot!

PS: Thinking the salt may kill the fertilize, making no sense to administer it.
