Any remedies, or just let it go away on its own?
it will go off by itself, or you can manually remove it

I encountered them during the initial period as well. They are almost non existent in my tank now (3 weeks old) although I manually removed some of them.
@Ingen....are those new plants? Did you give the plants a proper rinse before planting?

Yup, those are new tropica1-2.
Strange....if the plants are from Tropica. In the pass, I normally see this happening with plants that are not rinsed before planting because of the fertilizer used by farms. While it is no biggy, its just unsightly for few days.

Its moving like aglae to other batches of HC, and some of the older batch with lots of it are starting to melt... Those that are free from it seems to be fine, It is something I should be worried of?
I think syphon that stuff away.....if you can

I had these stuff on my plants too but the white stuff was much thicker in diameter. Might be because I didn't rinse the plants properly.
Removed what I can, increased the flow rate and it went away after a few days.
