Control flow rate of Atman 3335

Hi folks,

I read somewhere that we must use only the return value that connect the return hose back into the tank to control the flow rate of Atman 3335 instead of the intake value which may do damage to the impeller.

Can someone advice is this the correct way to do it.

yup.. adjust the valve at the output of the filter..

this would apply to all filters.
use only the outlet (return) valve to adjust the flowrate and leave the inlet valve fully opened.
