Correct me if I'm wrong, but most HC we find in LFSs are emersed form right?
Maybe I'm blind, but is there any LFSs that sell the submersed form?

HC will usually brown and melt during the initial 2-3 weeks of DSM, as they are still in the process of rooting into the substrate, thereafter they will rebound and resume growing again.
The important thing is to plant heavily in the beginning, so that there is still enough plant mass surviving to support the rebound. I often see many examples of tanks with just a few small clumps planted, then the small amount will usually get all brown and melted quickly, and eventually all give up because it takes too long to recover from the small plant mass.
Yeah, most of the HC in LFS are sold in emersed form, its much easier and way faster to farm them emersed... for submerged form, i guess you'll have to get those directly from enthusiasts on the forum.![]()

thanks for the info urban aquaria
