Never seen this moss before, need help ID.

Found this moss growing around a plant in an air conditioned office. Never see before..but looks kinda nice. anyone knows what it is and how to grow them?

Looks like sphagnum moss?

I thought its a kind of sphagnum too. but after comparing it, its not. this one the fonds are more "coral like", sphagnum moss is more brush like

Looks like some form of lichen, maybe reindeer moss?

bennyc is right..It's reindeer moss and they seems to be artificially dyed green! Will still try my luck to grow them..
