Co2 top up usually last for how long?

I just topped up mine at Bioplast and two days later, no pressure anymore, seems empty within two days, what could be the problem?

It should last a longer time (usually months) but this really depends on the bubble count rate you set & the size of your CO2 tank.
Sounds like a leak somewhere. Did you do a soap water test on the joints when it was hooked back up?

Most likely
1. Leak, anywhere from the valve to the bubble counter to the CO2 diffuser/reactor.
2. user problem

I was (2). i turn the knob on the CO2 valve... but i forgot to turn the MAIN knob on the CO2 tank itself.

Forgot to mention, my 5KG tank lasts more than 1 year. My 2KG tank 4-6 months.
