The Co2 tanks i use are usually at 1,100 PSI when full.

As long as it does not point to the red section of your gauge, you are fine. It is always prudent not to fill to the mark. Below is safer as most of our CO2 tank does not go for inspection at SOCSO on a regular basis.

between 900psi to 1100psi depending on ambient temperature. You cannot judge the amount of CO2 inside the tank by PSI. As long as there is liquid CO2 inside the tank, the pressure gauge will read between 900-1100 psi. Anything below that meaning your tank is empty. The only way to know the amount of CO2 inside is by weight.
unless you do co2 topup at industry park. the last time I topup at tuas, they did an inspection for me and top up on the spot, if the tank is pretty new, they will stick a sticker on it and they won't check on next top up till sticker hits expiry date.

Gosh...you went all the way to Jurong Island to SOCSO? I guess I need to make the journey there soon as well. Usually the sticker is for one year before the next inspection.

I stay at extreme end of jurong west, hence tuas is the nearest for me for instant co2 refill, else need to go C328 which will take few days
