Hi guys, this is my first post.
I have recently upgraded my tank to 23''X11''X13'' approx 50 litres
Currently I'm using a XP-09 filter which is rated 200l/hr but i feel it is lacking as i plan to increase the bio filtration with additional ceramic rings in a new filter.
Do you guys think is it worth to buy Aquaclear 20? Price wise a bit steep but can consider.

    Bro. I'm using AC50.
    They are good filters.
Lots of reviews on the net.

Alternatively, there are gex silm filters to consider too.

Anyway, where in Singapore did you plan on getting them?
I was thinking of getting a 20 too but was told no one were bringing them in anymore... (including c328 )

Maybe you could consider the Fluval C2, its readily available at most LFS now... apparently its the "upgraded" version of the Aquaclear 20, both are from the same company called Hagen anyways.

Thanks for the replies and recommendations, @thrashedbox I have saw a couple of AC20 at C328 recently.
I have checked Fluval C2 price, it is slightly higher than AC20. Over my budget a little.
I think I might go with AC20 after much consideration.
@trashedbox Can I know how is the water circulation in your tank with the AC50? Do you fill your tank water level to same height as the "waterfall" outlet or less than that?

The current of the AC50 is quite strong in my 2FT low tech (sand get push around).
I filled my tank water to the same height as the waterfall because I want more surface agitation. But of course you don't need to.

Anyway, AC is still better than Fluval series if you did research abit (fully customizable basket, less water bypass etc)
