    No.....I don't think so...this Echinodorus has been around for a long time. Spreads like Tennellus.....AKA 'Goo Chow' (Cow Grass)

    hi david, you mean the pictures is cow grass or the E. quadri is cow grass?

    Whats the plant in the pictures? can enlighten? i forgot what i have.. problem with buy buy buy syndrome.

    There are two types. One is long narrow blade the other is short but wider blade. The first is darker green while the other is lighter. There has been debate that they are same species growing in different condition while the other claims sub-species.

    No one proved conclusively. My take, sub-species. So in that sense the answer to your question is a Yes - No issue....

    PS: the Cow Grass name is something simon and I call it yesrs back because it really looks like cow grass....
