Did you check your water parameters? Any new fishes added recently? Put in a heater if possible.

Ok.. i will like to highlight.. b4 they die.. all seem happy..
1 day i start notice one of the cichlid fins abit torn...
And another white tail acei stay on surface most of the time...
I thought no issue.. so ignore..
Next day... the 2 mention fishes died...
Noticed another cichlid... face and lip area.. start to grown some white spot...
Nv do anything... next day die.. together with my albino cichlid (med size)
Mean to say... 2 days 4 fishes die.. w/o reason...
What happen ar?
This fishes is around with me at least 2 mths..

Livestock: WC Ivanacara Adoketa, WC Apistogramma Kelleri 'Red Cheeks', A , WC Apistogramma Mendezi, WC Apistogramma Cruziero, WC Apistogramma Elizabethae and WC Biotoecus Operularis.
Bad water quality, spoiled food, pollutant from air present in the water, ammonia spike from uneaten food or dead fish in the tank, disease etc. There are so many possibilities. You need to retrace your steps, see what you did and you will find the answer. It is difficult to pinpoint the issue here because it can be due to 1 reason, or multiple reasons.
