Yours is 40PSI. According to their manual, yes yours should be able to operate it. I could operate it even with 30+ PSI.

This is the atomizer right?
I used the one below. However after a day, it was actually leaking.

yes, the first pic is aqua atomizer.
You need to have 30 psi and above for it to work properly.
The 2nd pic is the new version available at East Ocean. I find the one in the 1st pic (old version) more reliable.
Yours is the new up aqua super atomizer. It has parts that can be opened up so that you are able to clean it. These openings do have rubber gaskets and o-rings to prevent water leakage. Maybe you would like to check that you have tightened it sufficiently, or that the o-rings are sitting in place properly.
