Any one seen Coral Red or Purple Pencilfish recently?

Have not seen Coral Red or Purple pencilfish recently. Are they out of season? Always seems like they are around only in the middle of the year. Unfortunately my tank was not stable at that time so did not get the ones in the last batch.

Are they jumpers? Have a rimless tank at home.
