which is better or will yield a better effect on co2 getting dissolved into the water?

the flipper kind found in nutrafin system?
the co2 ceramic atomiser?
those spiral looking co2 diffuser?

based on the 3 that you have mentioned, ceramic atomiser would be the best.
however, a reactor would be ideal.
