Got a 2nd hand 4 x 2 x 2 cabinet tank (overall height ~1.3m). I would like to use a sump 2ft 5-plan (L60cm x W30cm by H36cm)... I got an existing power head capable of 1500l/hr Max 1.6m. But when I tested the powerhead water delivery at 1.2m... the results was really really disappointing, I think my pissing flowrate is faster!

I just need 1200l/hr which is about 3 times the tank capacity... So I now have 2 choice, which is more economical, effective, efficient, reliable, "U Pi, U Chi, U Tua Liap Ni" OK I know I cannot get best of everything but which is the best selection?:
    - Give up the current pump, buy a 50W pump (Eheim 12** series) hassel free...

    - Get another powerhead connect in series to boost the pressure thereby achieving the desire flowrate... Current pump is 1500l/hr 28W... Should I get a Similar/Bigger/Smaller power head?

get a sump pump to pump water from sump to main tank.
pumping power weakens after a while so get a slighly more capable pump.
use existing power head in main tank for circulation
