Plant ID: Very small leaves :|

Need some help to ID below plant. I only found it yesterday when I was maintaining my tank.

Doesn't look glosso to me, and I didn't plant it.

Only manage to salvage a small piece as it was removed by my shrimp last night.

looks like Elatine triandra (aka APP, Ah Pek Plant)
