Resun CL200

Hi all,

Recently I have purchased a Resun CL200, however when it kicks in, it has a loud crackling sound.
Can anybody help with this issue?

how long does the crackling sound lasts? for a short while or for the whole duration when the chiller is running?
have you checked with the shop?

It starts when the chiller kick in. The chiller wont cool the water either. Perhaps I dont really know how to set it.

I purchased it online with no contact details. Bad move on my side
