how much to bio load

Currently my set up is

2x1x1.5
co2 tablet
no fert base
sera florenette tabs
daily dose of plant plus
50 neons 2 cheap angel fish 2 SAE 8ghost shrimp
Internal filter from Dolphin

I would like to ask you brothers, how much more can i put into the setup with affecting the biolaoding? is it over loading is better?

My 50 neon tetras will get bigger but i abit sian so i am thinking of remioving the ghost shrimp (my brother's feeder for his tigers) and buy 10x cherry shrimp, 4 black widow tetra.

Personally, i think your bio load is over loaded. i will cut down the tetra no. by 1/2.
unless you change your water constantly and ensure all your parameters are in good range, else all sort of problems will arise.

BTW, what plants are there in your tank?
