Can anyone help id my moss

Hi everyone, i've just uploaded my pic in gallery. Need help in id my moss. I bought it as flame moss however it didn't grow vertically . I wonder is this normal growing patern as the stems are too early to erect upwards? Do i need to wait a little longer like 3 more month to see the transformation?
Or I must have bought a different type of moss? If bought wrong moss really jialat liao wasted my time waiting.

It looks more like Java moss than Flame moss.
