CO2 20-30ppm while the lights are on.
Then it will not grow and reappear.
Remove what's there first. Trim off, bleach the leaves etc etc, then make sure you have enough CO2.
It'll come back forever unless you do.

In terms of CO2 bubble rate thru the "Bubble Counter" ,
how many estimated bubble per sec would be equivalent
to 20 ppm of CO2.
