Anyone knows what co2 diffuser is this?

Anyone can tell what co2 diffuser is at the left back? Seems to be a dish-like and gives off mist like clouds

That is not a diffuser, its called twinstar, anti algae thing, burst out lots of mist once in a while. I don't know if it works.

If you like misty effects, go for Intense Bazooka atomizer, won't be disappointed.

My preference is to go with UV steriliser which is hidden out of sight. I find the twinstar distracting....
