Nice angels in a nice environment .
I prefer the first picture and that driftwood on the right side looks like a fallen log... oooooh... I like...
Need more plants though. Consider a group of Echinodorus (sword plants) at approximately one-third towards left. Since you're using sand(?), place a rock over the crown of the plant to weigh it down and let it grow. As long as your tank's temp isn't too high (say between 25-27ºC), the plants will be ok.
I'm back & keeping 'em fingers wet,

Had done some changes to the landscape again.
This new landscape had solved all the deadspot issue.

Haha...
Changed the angels into a big school of rummy nose.
Pardon for the blur pictures

Nice & clean...
Very nicely done. Is this going to be an altum setup? I like the simplicity, the large swimming space, areas for the altum to weave in and out of the driftwoods. Sometimes, less is more.

Thanks for the comments
Hope to maintain it as an pure altum setup (controlling very hard to prevent myself from adding in a few discus to have more colours in the tank)

This is my full set up with the ugly piping.

A mini update

Anyone can advise me on any methods to minimize the tiny air bubbles in the water which is coming from the ohf outlet?
In additional, I will normal off my filter during feeding. Duration about 1hr. Will it affect my BB?
Thanks in advance

I use a sponge on my protein skimmer outlet to reduce the micro-bubbles.
Your tank looks very nice !!! Are you going bare bottom soon?
I am not too concern about micro-bubbles, even though there are some horror stories of these affecting gills, but there is really no need to off your filter during feeding.
Less work is more fun.

Unable to place a sponge at my ohf outlet as it will affect my flowrate.
Thanks bro for the comment.
I had just changed to bare bottomas I am planning to add in a few discus soon.
2 (from bro eddiecheng) are currently in a grow out tank.
Quite a lot of progresses are following your advises in your thread including going Bare Bottom. (Don't charge me for copy right)
I had to off my filter as my outflow will push the food to the inlet faster than my fishes can finish it.
Had done some research on the switching off of OHF during feeding but the results are mixed.
I understand that BB thrived better in canister or sump setup as they are constantly flooded. As such, even if the pump happened to be off, not all BB will be affected. However, mine is a OHF. Wonder what will be the different.
As such, looking for advices from fellow bro & sis here.
