Any kind soul can share where to buy dwarf hair grass? and any idea whats the price range like?

You can usually get dwarf hairgrass from LFS like C328, Polyart, Y618, Seaview, East Ocean, OTF etc... most of the popular LFS stock them regularly, just ask the staff. Price is commonly around $2 a pot.
