Why don't you try talking to the local fish farms instead...

Gan's Fish Farm do breed Rams for sale, amongst other farms. Friendly people too.

It quite difficult in this way...gotta go so many farm... and dun even noe whether they will bother abt u anot

Depend on wat type of fishes are u refering to/interested in....
Life Bearers are easily breeded....etc.
