That doesn't look like Ich... Ich would be small white spots the size of salt grains.
I'm not an expert, but it could be a tumor growth.
I have just finished cycling my tank, added fish slowly, 8 small ones the first week after cycle, and then added 8 more second week, Now I see what looks like a pink growth on one of my fish, I am including a terrible picture, {they thought they was getting fed} and would not hold still for a second. The growth looks like what color the fishes meat would be, I am not sure if another fish bit him there and this is the result, I have two peacocks in there twice the size of the mbuna's, this fish is about 1 1/2 inch long, do I have a disease and need to start treating. Fish are scratching as well. Sounds like ick, right. But no-one else has anything visible on them.
The blue fish, notice the pink?

I guess the best thing to do then is just monitor the situation. If it's a tumor should I get rid of him as to not let breed.
To eliminate any possibly of issues, i think it would be a better idea to remove that fish, since its showing odd symptoms of an unknown ailment.
Yes I do believe you are correct sir, it keeps growing bigger by the day, I have tried to catch him and take him out and send him to Davy Jones Locker, but have you ever tried to catch a 1.5 inch fish in a 4x2x2 tank ? I think I will continue to let it grow until it limits his ability to swim and catch him then.
Use a 1.5L coke bottle and try to bait trap it?
All the fish I have are the same size, I am just stocking a 75 gal tank fresh from a complete cycle. I have 18 mbuna's all the same size, with my luck he would be the 18th one I caught LOL
Well I have come to the conclusion to let the fish live. It stopped growing finally, I do believe it is a tumor, none of the other fish show any signs of ailment or sickness, even the fish with the tumor acts normal, eats good, swims great, Like nothing is wrong with him. I figured I would let him live his life out for as long as that may be. Here is the latest pic of the tumor.
