im using a manual regulator with a 2L co2 tank. currently im facing a funny problem which i never experience b4 at all. usually i'll switch on my co2 in the morning and monitor the bps until it is stable in count. but now the problem is that after 5mins the co2 is completely stopped and i checked that there is still about 300psi still. so what is the problem? the atomiser im using is not clogged although it has some algae on it. so what's the problem now? anyone can help?

300psi is low, requires a refill.
go for a refill and try again.

or did you shut off the valve totally?
try to reopen the valve slightly and see whether you can get co2 to flow.
