Is it those white looking things on your wood? If so, leave it, it's just fungus, will go away soon enough

Looks like diatoms... those wispy-looking algae are very common in new tanks, they will eventually disappear on their own (other types of algae will take over) or if you add shrimps (once the tank is fully cycled), they will eat it up.
