I haven't seen them on sale at LFS so far, have to order them from online. You can check out my outdoor water garden thread where i had one in use:

The one i got was ordered in from eBay, its a small pump with small solar panel, no brand and worked out to only S$14+ including shipping (just do a search on "solar powered water pump", lots of sellers for the generic models).

Note that you'll need the solar panel to be exposed to full sunlight for it to operate properly (and the sun has to be unblocked, not cloudy sky), otherwise it'll just pump intermittently or not work at all.

The set i used is waterproof... i guess most pump solar panels should be waterproof anyways (or at least rainproof), since they are meant for use outdoors.

The only thing you need to do is just wipe and clean the solar panel every few weeks to clear away water stains, helps it to maintain performance.
