Insects in my shrimp tank! Advice needed!

I caught one previous using pincher, I guess I was lucky to lower the pincher very slowly and just grab it. I wasn't aware what it was until I caught it and posted it on facebook, that's where my friend link the youtube video of the nymph preying on small fishes!

Not trying to be sadistic.. Just an experience i would like to share.

Yes i did use a pincer too last time trying to catch this insect.
Well i guess i squeeze the pincer too hard that the insect split into two..

Then my job gets easier..

Hahaha! Nope i dont remember seeing any blood. Too much focus on just getting that poor insect out..
