Hmm, one should read the tank pressure which should be around 1000 psi, and the other reads output pressure, around 60 psi if I'm not wrong. When the 1000 psi gauge starts to drop, it's time for a refill.

a solenoid is an electrically controlled on/off valve, the thing with an electrical cable connected to it.
a regulator is used for regulating the co2 output pressure, the thing with 2 gauges.

which of the gauges reads 30 psi? both or only one? any of the gauges reading about 1000 psi?

How much did you pay for the vista solenoid? If you paid $90, then it's known s "the taiwan brand" and I've heard good reviews so far.

Typically, the right guage should read 1000 psi or above, and the left 30psi. The right guage is the one showing the pressure of the gas in the cylinder, the left gauge shows the pressure tat the regulator has regulated the gas to, which is 30psi.

Mine left one (Regulator Pressure guage) shows 40 - 50 psi. Is that normal then after hearing the 30psi?

    no problem and no worries.
different regulators will have slightly different output pressure.
however, the limit would be about 10 bar or 145 psi. this is the rated pressure for solenoid valves. your setup should be way below this pressure, otherwise you'll need proper high pressure hoses.

I would let it go as low as 20-50 psi. I understand some people would go scurrying to top up at 650psi. But I guarantee you that your plts won't wither away overnight without CO2. Mine definitely have not even without CO2 fertilisation for a whole week.
