ADA 60P Planted Tank

Thought I'll share some pics of my ADA 60P tank setup from a few weeks back with a mix of ADA stuff brought back from Tokyo and from Roger @ Fishy Business. Got Roger's fantastic glass stand and Nana lights as well.

The tank is cycled but has a bit of hair algae issues due to too much lighting and nutrients which has affected the plants. Been doing some water changes and cutting down on lights. So far so good, slowly improving.


Current Livestock list is:

Green Neon Tetras
Corydoras pygmaeus
Corydoras leopardus
Yamato Shrimp
Otocinclus Catfish
Zebra Nerite Snail

Nana lights? What the colour temperature of this lights?

By the way your unzan stone will look nicer and natural after sometime when its covered with more green spot algae.

Yups,, it's nearly Full ADA apart from the lights and stand. That's a Super Jet Filter ES-600

Fishy business makes them as well as the 'aquasky' lights.

i see , its does look alike , but problem is its transparent , cant hide anything , guess the idea of it is best to leave it empty inside , like a tank floating

Nice set up and equipment list! ADA Aquasky would have completed it. How long have you been using those transparent hose, it seems to be very clear, like brand new, mine filled with brownish stuff within a week or two haha.

Its about 3 - 4 weeks old. Got some spots on the hoses. Will be cleaning them in a couple of weeks when I change up the filter media in the Super Jet.
