very odd behaviour , frog cross breed with goldfish
Or tries to mate with it?! : )
Therefore, don't anyhow release tree frog into our nature corridor. They will eat anything. I don't think our monkey and wild boar will touch them
Here's the news from Mailonline

This is the moment a lazy frog saw his opportunity and hitched a ride from one side of a garden pond to the other, on the back of a goldfish.
The laid-back amphibian leapt on to the bright orange fish and clung on for dear life, gripping on with its webbed feet so as not to topple off.
Wriggling from side to side, the goldfish tried to shake off its unwanted piggy back rider, but the frog refused to loosen its grip.
Andree Siwadi, 70, spotted the bizarre interaction as she sprinkled food into her garden pond in Winton, near Bournemouth in Dorset.
The retired nurse and grandmother-of-four, said: 'I saw a frog riding around on the back of one of the fish and thought it was so unusual and funny that it would be worth getting a picture.
'Afterwards, I lifted the frog off and put it back in the weeds as I was worried it would hurt the fish, which are all owned and named after my grandchildren.
'I have never seen anything it before and I have lived in the countryside all my life, I have no idea why it was doing it.'

If you see the first and second pic, on the right hand side there are tons of frog spawn![]()
Frog attempting amplexus with the goldfish. Very interesting set of photos.![]()
Fish.. Simply Irresistable
Back to Killies... slowly.
Maybe the frog is just trying to protect it's spawn by doing a bear hug on the goldfish 😅

Heh, it's a toad, probably the common European toad (Bufo bufo).
Apparently male frogs and toads can get a little crazy during the breeding season - if they can't find a female, they might end up grabbing any other small creature that's a suitable size. This can include other male frogs and toads, frogs and toads of other species, fishes, and even inanimate objects!

Obviously, male anurans don’t seem fussy when it comes to selecting mates. They literally grab at passing animals and hope for the best. By selecting a big, fat female full of eggs a male would be maximising his chance of reproductive success, but I really doubt if they’re that selective. Once in amplexus a male hangs on for days or weeks, and once the female gets to a pond the male then has to fend off competitors. Toads are far more aggressive than ranid frogs when it comes to this competition, sometimes forming large balls of fighting, kicking toads with one poor female in the middle. On occasion she may be drowned as a result.![]()
Small is beautiful.
"Never die before"!? with reference to wild Singapore website, American Bull frog can easily swallow the toad!
