has anyone seen these kind of hose converters for 12mm to 16mm?

Does anyone know where I can get these 12mm to 16mm hose converters? It's like a reducer, just that it has the additional locks to prevent leaks. The brand I saw on ebay was Ista.

From the first photo, I saw a similar one at seaview.

If you can't find what you want, you may try the shop at Serangoon North which sells a lot of fish tank fittings and material. It's the shop at the corner near the furniture shop and indian-muslim coffee shop around the petwalk area.

Those normal hose reducer can be found in most of LFS. i got it from c328 except that it don't comes in tighten knobs....

Will those leak? I'm just scared of it leaking and making a mess...

I would definitely prefer to get the one shown in the last picture as it looks good and also has excellently designed hose tighteners on both ends, making it tight and secure. Hope ypu can find it and buy two, keeping one for future use.

I found them at seaview yesterday! Thanks to "noidea" for the heads up. I bought two...because I needed two...should have gotten a third like you've suggested as a spare...haha!

Thank goodness I found them locally...I was ready to order from ebay for double the price!

Yup, the problem with ordering overseas is the killer postage, which can easily be more than the price of the product itself, sigh.
