You can get from place like C328, Polyart, Seaview, East Ocean etc... usually a small pot is around S$2, a larger plastic tray of it around S$7-$8.

Does it need CO2? Or would long and high intensity light duration works too?And how much is a bottle of seachem excel?
It can grow in a low-tech tank, but even with ample lights, growth would still be much slower than in a Co2 injected tank.
A 250ml bottle of Seachem Excel should be around S$10-$12 at most LFS (if i remember correctly).
